Creator Network & Creator Hub — Privacy

Creator Profile Data

When you apply to or participate in the Social Brim Creator Network, we collect information including your name, email address, TikTok handle, follower count, content niche, engagement rate, profile image, and your TikTok invitation code. This data is used to evaluate your application, build your creator profile, and support your activity within the Creator Hub. Profile information may be shared with Social Brim staff and, where relevant (e.g. media kit distribution), with brands or partners you choose to connect with.

Creator Hub Activity

Usage of Creator Hub tools — including AI tool inputs and outputs, media kit content, violation dispute submissions, and referral activity — is logged and associated with your creator account. This data is used to operate and improve platform features, monitor for policy violations, and provide support. AI session inputs and outputs may be retained for platform improvement purposes. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Media Kit Information

Information you add to your media kit (statistics, biography, audience demographics, rate card, collaboration history, and social handles) is stored on our platform and reviewed by our team. Upon your request, approved media kits may be shared externally with brands or partners. You control when and with whom your media kit is shared. You may update or request deletion of your media kit at any time by contacting us.

Violation Dispute Submissions

Information submitted through the Violation Dispute Tool, including your TikTok handle, violation description, dates, and any uploaded evidence, is stored securely and accessible only to authorized Social Brim staff. This information is used solely to support your dispute and may be communicated to TikTok where necessary. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

TikTok-Connected Data

If you connect your TikTok account, we collect and store data retrieved via the TikTok API including your public profile details, follower/like/following counts, and public video list. This data is displayed within your Creator Dashboard and media kit. We do not access your private messages, payment information, or any TikTok data beyond the scopes explicitly authorized during the OAuth consent flow. TikTok-sourced data is refreshed periodically and deleted when your account is disconnected or removed.

Referral Program Data

When a creator refers someone to our network, we store the referrer's code, the referred person's name, email, and TikTok handle to track the referral relationship and program status. Referred individuals' information is used solely for processing the referral and is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Data Retention for Creator Accounts

Creator profile data, AI sessions, media kits, disputes, and referral records are retained for the duration of your active creator account. Upon account deletion or removal from the network, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your creator account data at any time by contacting us at legal@socialbrim.com. You may also disconnect your TikTok account at any time through your Creator Dashboard or directly through TikTok's app settings.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may alter at any time. Please review it periodically to make sure that any changes made to it do not affect you.
