9. Deposits, Returns or Exchanges

We offer a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. We will continue to implement revisions if they were not fulfilled in full and/or by both parties. It is our goal to ensure customer satisfaction. Once projects have begun and Social Brim initiates creative planning, design, and/or development, there is an accepted understanding that there is no returns or exchanges. Further development or design will incur new service charges.

10. Clear Communication

After a 30 day period where client is non-responsive via email and/or phone, Social Brim reserves the right to scrap and delete said project, wherein all deposits are forfeited. Furthermore, after an initial 7 day period after deposit or failure to submit information such as content, images, code, and/or videos, Social Brim reserves the right to freeze any project until all data and/or credentials are received and a $75 re-activation fee is paid.

11. Reviews and Testimonials

All written reviews and/or video reviews on the site in all formats are pulled from secondary sources such as, but not limited to: Yelp, Facebook, Google, Angie's List, Thumbtack, Recommended, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms. Actors may or may not be involved in video reviews depending on the availability of actual clients.

12. DMCA Designated Agent

Social Brim is a DMCA Designated Agent with Registration Number DMCA-1010706. If you feel that any of our designs or developed sites contain ANY copyrighted material, please contact us immediately at legal@socialbrim.com. We take these claims very seriously and will investigate the claim. If there is evidence of copyright infringement, we will immediately rectify the issue.

13. Revisions and Changes

Website revisions are limited in their scope on all packages to two template and content revisions. Complete re-designs will incur additional costs. If projects have continued changes, hourly rates will apply. We recommend gathering all changes before requests to avoid additional billing.

14. Images, Videos and other Graphics

All images, videos, and other graphics must be provided by customer. Any assets used by Social Brim are for beta purposes only. Any illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities. Social Brim takes no liability for any content on customers' website or business practices.

15. Creator Network & Creator Hub

15.1 Eligibility & Application

The Social Brim Creator Network is open to TikTok creators who meet our eligibility requirements (18+, 1,000+ followers, active account in good standing, valid TikTok Creator Network invitation code, and meeting minimum activity thresholds). Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Social Brim reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any creator's membership at its sole discretion, including for violations of platform policies, TikTok Community Guidelines, or conduct unbecoming of the network.

15.2 Creator Hub Access

Upon approval, creators are granted access to the Social Brim Creator Hub — a private, members-only portal. Access is conditional on maintaining good standing within the network. Social Brim reserves the right to suspend or revoke Creator Hub access at any time for policy violations, inactivity, or conduct that conflicts with our community standards. Creator Hub features are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

15.3 AI-Powered Creator Tools

The Creator Hub provides access to AI-assisted tools including the Content Ideas Generator, Captions & Hashtags Tool, Script Assistant, Trend Scout, and Engagement Booster. These tools are powered by third-party AI services and generate suggestions based on your input. Output from these tools is provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only. Social Brim makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and Social Brim's content standards.

AI tool sessions (inputs and outputs) may be stored to improve platform functionality and monitor for misuse. Do not submit personally identifiable information, confidential business information, or sensitive data through AI tool prompts.

15.4 Media Kit Guided Creation Tool

The Media Kit tool allows approved creators to build a professional brand-facing profile. Information submitted, including statistics, audience demographics, collaboration history, and rate cards, will be reviewed by the Social Brim team before approval. Approved media kits may be shared with brands and partners at your direction. You are responsible for ensuring all information in your media kit is accurate and up to date. Social Brim takes no liability for brand relationships, negotiations, or agreements that arise from media kit distribution.

15.5 Violation Dispute Tool

The Violation Dispute Tool enables creators to submit TikTok account or content violation disputes. Submissions are reviewed by our team and may be escalated internally or communicated to TikTok on your behalf. Social Brim does not guarantee outcomes or resolutions for any submitted dispute. Evidence and information submitted through this tool is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of supporting your dispute.

15.6 Referral Program

Approved creators may participate in the Social Brim referral program. Referral codes are personal and non-transferable. Social Brim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Any rewards or recognition tied to referrals are at Social Brim's discretion and are not contractually guaranteed.

15.7 Creator Content Standards

All creators in the network are expected to maintain content that is brand-safe, compliant with TikTok's Community Guidelines, and consistent with Social Brim's community values. Content that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activity, misinformation, or that is sexually explicit is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Creator Network and revocation of Creator Hub access.

16. TikTok Integration

Social Brim integrates with TikTok for Developers to provide enhanced features for creators in our network. By using TikTok-connected features within our platform, you agree to the following terms in addition to TikTok's Terms of Service.

16.1 Login Kit

We use TikTok's Login Kit to allow creators to sign in to Social Brim using their TikTok account. By authenticating with TikTok, you authorize Social Brim to access your basic account information as permitted by the scopes you approve during the OAuth consent flow. We use this to create and manage your creator account on our platform.

16.2 Analytics & Profile Data

With your permission, Social Brim accesses the following TikTok data scopes to power your Creator Dashboard:

• user.info.basic — Your TikTok username, display name, and avatar, used to populate your Social Brim creator profile.
• user.info.profile — Your public TikTok profile details (bio, profile URL) used to display your creator identity within the platform.
• user.info.stats — Your follower count, following count, and like count, used to display analytics within your Creator Dashboard and media kit.
• video.list — A list of your public TikTok videos, used to show your content history and performance metrics in your dashboard.

This data is accessed solely to provide features within Social Brim. We do not sell your TikTok data to third parties. You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions."

16.3 Content Posting API & Share Kit

Social Brim uses TikTok's Content Posting API and Share Kit under the following scope:

• video.upload — Allows creators to upload and post video content directly to their TikTok profile from within the Social Brim Creator Dashboard.

Content is only posted with your explicit action and confirmation. Social Brim will never post to your TikTok account automatically or without your direct initiation. You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to publish through our platform. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and our own content standards.

16.4 Data Retention & Security

TikTok access tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your credentials. Tokens are refreshed as needed and invalidated upon disconnection or account deletion. We retain TikTok-derived data only as long as your creator account remains active with Social Brim, or until you request deletion.

16.5 Disconnecting TikTok

You may disconnect your TikTok account from Social Brim at any time through your Creator Dashboard profile settings, or directly through TikTok's app under Settings → Privacy → Apps and Websites. Disconnecting will revoke our access to your TikTok data and disable TikTok-dependent features within the platform.
